Our sales team conducts in-depth discussions with clients to understand the product specifications, including design, functionality, dimensions, material options, and color choices. Communication takes place through email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Clients are welcome to share their designs or samples for guidance, or we can provide our existing designs for them to modify as needed.
Once the product design is finalized, we begin sourcing materials for the sample production. This process includes selecting the main fabric, with TPU or PVC being crucial for heat-sealed products. We also provide a variety of materials for components like webbing, buckles, and zippers, allowing for customization according to client preferences.
Our R&D engineers develop paper templates based on the specifications shared by the sales team. Utilizing laser cutting technology, they accurately cut these paper templates, which will guide the actual material cutting.
With the paper templates ready, engineers create new molds, which typically take 7-10 days to complete. The waterproof bag assembly involves stitching and bonding parts such as the back, shoulder straps, and pockets to the main body. All seams, including zippers, undergo high-frequency welding to maximize waterproof effectiveness.
After producing the waterproof sample, we perform thorough testing for air and water leaks. The bag is inflated and monitored for any deformation over a 24-hour period to assess its airtightness. For water resistance, we fully submerge the bag and watch for escaping air bubbles.
Once the sample is approved, we provide a detailed quotation that includes product descriptions, unit prices, material costs, mold fees, minimum order quantities, and payment terms. Upon receiving customer confirmation, we initiate mass production, coordinating with department heads in a kickoff meeting. The first finished product is inspected by the OC Leader and salesperson to ensure it meets standards before a report is sent to the production manager for final approval.
