Step 4 – Mold & Sample Making
For high-frequency (HF) welded products, molds are created within 7–10 days. Samples are then produced using a combination of sewing and HF welding to ensure full airtight and waterproof performance up to IPX8 level.
Step 5 – Testing
Each sample undergoes strict air and water leakage testing. We inflate the bag to check air retention over 24 hours and submerge it underwater to ensure no bubbles or leakage appear, guaranteeing 100% waterproof reliability.
Step 6 - Quotation and Mass Production
After sample confirmation, we will provide a detailed quotation to help customers clearly plan their orders. Once the order is confirmed, mass production will commence.
