Step 1 - Communication
We sales department needs to talk with customers about the product in details,construction, function, size, materials, colors etc. The customers need to offer us drawings or samples for reference, or we offer the customers drawings or samples to the customers, they can copy our design or modify our design, we can offer professional advice to the customers because we have more than 17 years experiences for developing bags. We communicate with customers via email, Wechat,WhatsApp etc.
Step2 - Preparation of materials
Once we settle the design of a product, we need to prepare material for sample making, we need to prepare body fabric, for heat sealed products, we need to use TPU or PVC materials, we recommend materials to the customers, we offer material swatches to them for choosing the fabric and color. Some customers choose PVC, some customers require high quality products, they use TPU to make their products.
As for the trims, webbing, buckle, zipper etc.
- webbing: There are nylon webbing , PP webbing , polyester webbing.
- Buckle: There are plastic buckles, metal buckles , brand and non-brand buckles.
- Zipper: There are nylon zipper, plastic zipper, waterproof zipper (air tight waterproof zipper, normal water resistant zipper, plastic submersible waterproof zipper)
Step 3 - Pattern making
Engineers in R&D department make patterns based on the sample request from sales department, the engineers laser cutting the paper patterns. Then cut the materials based on the paper patterns.

Step 4--Mold creating for HF welding
The engineers prepare paper patterns and samples for the vendor to create new mold for HF welding the samples, the lead time for one set mold takes 7-10 days.
Step 4---Sample making
For the waterproof bags, normally, there are sewing parts, such as back panel, shoulder straps, pockets etc. We sew them on a fabric panel, then bonding the panel on the body,. For all seams, including the zipper, we use HF welding technology to close all the seams to make the bag waterproof completely.
Step 5 - Testing
After finishing the waterproof samples, we need to test if there are air leakage and water leakage, for air leakage, we do 100% testing.
Air leakage testing
We blow air to the bag to make the bag full of air,then close the waterproof zipper tightly. 24hrs later, if the bag keeps the same shape, not getting flatter. It means no air leakage.
Water leakage testing.
We close the waterproof zipper tightly, push the bag under the water to see if there are bubbles coming from the bag, no bubbles, no water leakage.
Step 6 - Quotation
We will offer quotation based on the sample, the quotation list will include description, unit price, material, mold cost ,MOQ, trade term, payment term etc.
Step 7- Mass Production
1.Pre-production Meeting
We arrange a meeting for every new order before production, all leaders or operators from relative departments need to attend the meeting. The QC leader needs write down all quality requirements and matters need to attention.
2.First finished product meeting
Once the first product is finished during the mass production, the OC leader will check first ,then the sales person will check again, and submit the report to the production manager to check if there is any issue for the first finished product, make sure all the products are 100% correct.
Step 8 - QC, packing and logistics
Packing
Packing materials include hang tags or sleeves, UPC stickers, poly bags, cartons. All details must get confirmed before packing. For the a new order, the leader must submit the first packing product to the sales guy for checking.
Shipment
Based on the customers' requirement, we can ship the order by Fedex, DHL, UPS ,by air or by sea.
We prepare relative documents such as invoice, packing list, CO etc.
