The Inflatable Sup Backpack is made from premium 840D waterproof TPU backing material and features a sealed waterproof zipper. It can withstand a 30-meter deep water test, meeting military-grade waterproof standards.
Versatile Inflatable Airbag
Equipped with an external air valve, the internal airbag can be inflated to serve multiple purposes. It functions as a life ring when in water, a safety airbag to protect your back during falls, and can even be inflated to convert the backpack into a support for a stand-up paddleboard (SUP).
Lightweight and Ergonomic Design

Step 1 - Communication
The sales department discussed product, structure, function, size, material, color and other information with customers in detail through email, wechat, WhatsApp, etc. Customers are required to provide drawings or samples to us for reference, or we provide drawings or samples to customers who can copy our designs or modify our designs.
Step 2 - Material Preparation
After the product design is determined, we need to prepare the material for sample production, we need to prepare the main fabric, for the heat sealing product, we need to use TPU or PVC material. In addition, there are a variety of options to choose from, including decorations, webbing, buckles, zippers and other materials.
Step 3 - Pattern Making
The R & D engineers make paper samples according to the sample requirements of the sales department, the engineers cut the paper samples with laser, and then cut according to the paper samples.
Step 4 - Sample Production
Engineers prepare paper models and samples to make new molds, and the mold delivery cycle is 7-10 days. The sewn parts of the waterproof bag, such as the back, shoulder strap, pockets, etc., are stitched and bonded to the main body, and all seams (including zippers) are sealed by high-frequency welding technology to ensure that the package is completely waterproof.
Step 5 - Waterproof Performance Testing
After the waterproof sample is completed, we need to test whether there is air leakage and water leakage. We will make the bag full of air by blowing into the bag, and observe whether the waterproof bag is deformed after 24 hours to test the air tightness of the waterproof bag. And we test for water resistance by sinking the bag completely into the water and watching for air bubbles
Step 6 - Quotation and mass production
We provide a quotation based on the sample, including description, unit price, materials, mold cost, MOQ, and trade/payment terms. Once the customer confirms, mass production begins. Before production, a meeting is held with all relevant department heads. After the first product is completed, it is inspected by the OC Leader and the salesman, with a report submitted to the production manager to ensure the product is 100% correct.
