Step 1 - Communication:
The sales department discusses the product's structure, functionality, dimensions, materials, and colors in detail with the customer. Customers provide drawings or samples, or the company offers designs for modification, along with professional advice based on over 17 years of development experience. Communication methods include email, WeChat, and WhatsApp.
Step 2 - Material Preparation:
Once the design is confirmed, materials for sample production are prepared, including the main fabric and decorative elements. For heat-sealed products, TPU or PVC materials are used, and customers can choose from material samples and colors. Various accessory options are provided, such as nylon, PP, and polyester webbing, as well as different types of zippers.
Step 3 - Pattern Making:
R&D engineers create paper patterns based on the sales department's requirements, using laser cutting technology for precision.
Step 4 - Sample Production:
1, High-Frequency Welding Molds: Engineers prepare paper models and samples for suppliers to create new molds, with a delivery cycle of 7-10 days.
2, Sample Creation: Sewing components like back panels, straps, and pockets are attached to the fabric panels, which are then bonded to the main body. High-frequency welding technology is used to seal all seams, ensuring the bag is completely waterproof.
Step 5 - Waterproof Performance Testing
After the sample is completed, tests for air and water leaks are conducted to ensure 100% leak-proof performance, including both air leak and water leak tests.
Step 6 - Quotation
A detailed quotation is provided based on the samples, including descriptions, unit prices, materials, mold costs, minimum order quantities, and trade terms.
Step 7 - Mass Production
1, Pre-Production Meeting: Before production of each new order, a meeting is held to ensure participation from all relevant department leaders or operators, with the QC leader documenting all quality requirements.
2, First Product Meeting: During mass production, the first completed product is inspected by the OC Leader and sales personnel to ensure all products are 100% correct, with a report submitted to the production manager for review.
